The Society’s Administrator can normally be contacted on Wednesdays between the hours of 10.30 am and 2.30 pm, and may be present at other times.
At all other times a message may be left on the answer phone.

Members who wish to contact another member whose contact details they do not possess can send a note in a stamped, named envelope to the Society’s office, including a covering note to the Administrator outlining their request. The address will be completed and the envelope forwarded ‘at the earliest convenience’; please allow at least 21 days for the message to arrive.
The contact form uses computer code provided by Bravenet, a Canadian company which for many years provided our web hosting - for free. Caution: the information is sent by e-mail, and can in principle be intercepted and read. As per above, please allow 21 days for our reply to reach you.
There is an option, after you have sent your message, to request information from Bravenet; they have served us for years, and their free web hosting service could well fit the needs of anyone who considers setting up their own website.
