The Society’s Administrator can normally be contacted on Wednesdays between the hours of 10.30 am and 2.30 pm, and may be present at other times.
At all other times a message may be left on the answer phone.
Please note that the English language is used exclusively for all communications.

- Email: the Society’s office can be contacted via e-mail, please complete the form below if you do not know the correct address for the individual, it will be forwarded by the Society’s Administrator. The former addresses office4 and editor4 have been discontinued due to excessive unwanted mail.

Members who wish to contact another member whose contact details they do not possess can send a note in a stamped, named envelope to the Society’s office, including a covering note to the Administrator outlining their request. The address will be completed and the envelope forwarded ‘at the earliest convenience’.
The form to mail page below uses computer code provided by a company who for many years provided our webhosting - for free; there is an option, after you have sent your message, to request more information from Bravenet; they have been around for years, they have served us well, and I could see no reason why their free webhosting service would not fit the needs of anyone who considers setting up their own website.
